Star Marine Depot is not responsible for any costs, delays or problems caused by shippers or customs once the shipment leaves our warehouse. All costs associated with importation are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be collected at time of customs clearance and/or upon delivery in destination country. Import costs are not included in merchandise price or shipping charges. Please check with local officials to get a cost estimate before placing your order. If customs and duties are not paid, goods will be abandoned and no refund given.

All Star Marine Depot products have a 100% guarantee. With proof of purchase, we will gladly exchange, replace, or credit items per our return policy. The customer will remain responsible for shipping costs when returning goods. When returning you must get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number per our return policy. Always obtain a traceable method for any return and provide that to us.
