We work to quickly process all orders in a timely manner. You can cancel any items from an order up until some of the items enter the shipping process.

Once delivery is accepted you may return/exchange items per our return policy. Shipping, handling fees, any software (ie: memory chips, CDs, DVDs, etc.) discontinued products and special order items if applicable, are not refundable.
