Marine Magellan NAV-TRACKER GPS Satellite Tracking Device is preprogrammed to transmit a statusreport, via email and/or textmessage, up to 4 recipients, once per day to ensure the owners "PieceofMind" that the NAVTRACKER is functioning properly. If the 500m geofence is breached, the NAVTRACKER will report, "GeofenceBreach" via email and/or text message, up to 4 recipients, every 15 minutes or until the NAVTRACKER is disarmed by the Marine Magellan or key switch.

Network:
The Paradox Marine satellite terminals utilise the new Inmarsat I3 and I4 network of satellites via Satamatics’ secure and reliable D+ Network. The terminal will automatically select the most appropriate satellite determined by its GPS location. Satamatics is the only D+ network operator that owns and operates its own earth station hubs and message handling facilities. This means that Satamatics has full control over the network to ensure that there is no interruption in service.
